ooops-any tips?

hi guys well i have not been on here for awhile because i have been to busy stuffing my face .well about 2 weeks before christmas i started to binge on chocs but it sort of got out of hand and i gained 7 pounds. anyway i am determined to get back on track and get down to 120 pounds however i currently weight 163 pounds but i am determined to lose it all and hopefully more as i want to be able to wear a bikini which i have previously never been able to.i would be grateful if anybody has any tips that might help me. x becky

I'm no expert on this, but from what I know, loads of people tend to forget about their diet during christmas (or at least not follow it too religiously) but no matter when or why it happens, the important thing is to forget about it and start again. Good luck :)
 
I haven't been too bad during December but certainly have let go for Christmas Eve/Christmas Day/Boxing Day.

I think, as Bobby Brown already said, this is a common problem for those of us trying to lose weight, and he is right in saying the important thing is to put the lapse behind you and just get straight back on the wagon :) no point in feeling bad about it.
 
I feel your pain. I fell off the diet wagon about a week before Christmas and definitely on Christmas Eve/Day. Oh well. Christmas only comes around once a year. I luckily stayed the same weight though, so I was happy. I would just restart after the New Year, because you still have to suffer through New Years Eve/Day.
