Only need to lose 10lbs and am battling

Hi there. I am 45, 5.3" and 140lbs. 3 years ago I lost 20lbs and have since put 10lbs back on. I lost the 20lbs by going to an expensive weight loss clinic where I was on a protein only diet and I took appetite suppressants and had weekly check-ins. I have since tried several other diets and just cannot stick to anything! I exercise (run, dance, surf) and I don't eat junk food (we have a sugar free house with no processed food, I don't eat carbs, very low fruit) and I guess on paper I should be happy that I fit into size 27 jeans after having 3 kids, but I'm miserable. I am obsessed with diets and everything that I eat. I just want one diet to stick to so I can lose the 10lbs but I just cannot find the right thing. I have tried Dukan, Bulletproof, Whole 30, Cleanses etc but I can't get past 7 days and then I fail. Any suggestions?

just because you are eating healthy food does not mean your not over eating. Are you tracking your food intake both calories and macro nutrients ? do you measure your portions ?

What is your bodyfat % ?

there is no need for specific diets, just modifying what you already eat.

Smaller steps may really help here. You might be eating healthy but still eating too much. Drink a pint of water before each meal, then cut your portions in half and eat slower. This more often than not will fill you up just as much as a full meal with no water. Track everything you eat to ensure you are not going over your daily allowance and keep up the exercise. Aim to exercise daily even if it is only 30 minutes. Find yourself a hobby to take your mind off the diet - the more you think about eating the more likely you are to indulge yourself.
