Only a 20 lb difference between these pics, but Ive been working out a bit

Hey guys been a while since my last post, joined football 2 years ago at 310 lbs and started working out and losing weight, while at the same time lifting weights, I posted my pics of last year after working out for a year and losing about 100 lbs. Which after that I looked like this.

Well these new pics are only about a 20 lb difference which puts me at about 195 lbs now and since I'm 6'1" I've decided I'm just going to maintain and lift weights now. These are me 6 months from the last 2 photos after working out intensely 5-6 times every week with a personal trainer for 3-4 hours each day. Which got my bench up to 245, squat to 335, and I can run a mile in about 6 mins 57 secs now :)

As you can see I have loose skin around love handles, chest, and stomach, which I'm considering after football season this year...I'm going to possibly get surgery just to make my senior year as enjoyable as possible.

Congrats on the 20lbs! Great job!

I know you didn't ask, but I don't recommend you bulk up yet. Work on eliminating your belly (getting into a single digit body fat percentage) before you bulk up, this way you have much better chances of putting on muscle rather than just putting on a lot of fat and barely any muscle again!

Just my tip.
