whats do you guys think...I just got it today....
OK I am a lazy person,who hates to exercise,but I am not getting any younger and also I am getting this beer belly
....I have also started to play some squash plus doing some treadmill in my condo fitness room....and hopefully this online thingy will lead me to the next level....
