Well a year after my weight loss, I gained 20 lbs. Yep. It's THAT BAD. But the thing is, I ate junk food right after losing weight.. and ate nothing BUT junk food for the whole year. I'm actually surprised I didnt gain as much weight as I should've!
I'm now 154 lbs. I'm going to lead a healthy lifestyle instead of my crazy diet back then. I'm going for this meal plan
Breakfast = special k with low fat milk
snack = apple
lunch = chicken sandwich OR tuna sandwich
snack = apple
dinner = chicken soup OR chicken salad
Does this sound good? Also, I cannot exercise as it's freezing outside, and I can't exercise at home because it's too loud for my flatmates. I can't find time to go to the gym also So, I dont know what to do!
