I commend you for the weight you have lost, that is truly amazing!!
I wish you luck in raising the money that you need, but unfortunately I'm afraid you may get banned from this site if you leave the link to your blog in your post. It's in the rules that members are not to "advertise" other websites, attracting attention to themselves in their posts. You can, however, post it in your profile.
So maybe edit your post asking people to check the link in your profile, and simply move the link.
