One side bigger than the other?

After losing a bit of weight, I'm getting my shape back. Unfortunately my shape is flat ass, flat chest, and big round stomach (though I don't mind the flat chest so much and it's not quite shrinking like I want it to because of another problem). I just wish I had a small stomach to match my small top!
One side of my waist is significantly bigger than the other, and I don't know how to even them up or why it's like this. Does anyone else have this problem? How do you fix it?

Picture attached to show what I mean.

I don't know, but when you find out let me know, my right side is noticeably bigger than the left. I don't know why or how, its not as though I do more left abdominal exercises than right. It is freaking me out to the point that I stay either pulling up my shirt to show family and friends or have them touch it so they could tell me how to get rid of it.
One thing this has proven to me is that you can't spot reduce, your body puts on and lose weight according to its own mind when it comes to reducing or enlarging areas.

Yeah I know all about the myth of spot reducing. I know it doesn't work that way, but I *am* spot reducing without trying to. One side is reducing and the other isn't! It seems like no matter what I do, no matter how far down the number goes, I won't ever be able to burn fat and my stomach and waist will always be big.

Had the same problem with one side on my "love handles". Just keep going and the bigger side will shrink up and even out once you lose more fat. Or at least mine did.
