One Newbie To GO

Hey All
I am Quaver and I am from the UK. I am 33 years old and last time I checked I was female!:confused:
I have always had quite a fit lifestyle, but have of recently found myself going to the gym again after a break of 6 years. The reason I have went back is to improve my fitness for a new job, and I have to say that I am so glad to be back. :D
I am looking to really improve my upper body strength, which totally sucks compared to my lower, and has for my grip...well I will not go there.
I am also looking to remove the middle ring of fat that creeps up now and again, due to me sitting on my behind too much.
