One more question...

I am going to my parents Saturday morning until late Sunday evening and won't b able to take my exercise videos with me, what's a good way to get in some exercise while I'm there? They have a Gazelle Edge but I'm not sure how long to stay on, they also live in a nice neighborhood so i guess I could take a nice walk but for how long? I usually spend 30-45 minutes with the videos plus another 10-15 minutes with other exercises like crunches and stretches. So do I need to walk that long? Sorry I sound so dumb about all this but I've never really tried much exercising always just tried the latest diets then gain back the weight. Hope I don't get thrown out for being a dummy lol. Thanks for all y'alls support so far, y'all have really kept me motivated with answers and reading other's diaries. Also with the walking part keep in mind its usually over 90degrees here in Mississippi.
 
I'd just take a break. You don't need to exercise every single day. If you want to do something, go for a walk or a nice jog. Don't worry about time.
 
Yeah I would kick back. Like I said in the other thread about the meal. Its all about lifestyle change. Keep everything long term. I decided to start taking my weekends off from working out. I kept having things come up that made me change my schedule anyway so I figured it would be better for my body and my psyche to not reschedule and feel guilty. I usually end up doing something active anyway.
 
And don't worry about thinking your being dumb, those who don't ask are the dummies!! You're doing great!
