One more about creatine...

Ok, I just bought some from GNC...someone please tell me the best way to use it...I was thinking about putting it in with my protein shake before a workout?..and how much?..I weigh 172 btw
 
It would be better utilized if you took it after your workout. 5 grams per day is fine, it probably says something about a loading phase on there, which isn't very necessary, 5 grams post workout is fine.
