One Hour or Two 30 Minutes ?

Hey guys.

I have a simple question for you out there.

Does is matter if I do 1 hour on the treadmill in one go, or if I do 30 minutes on the treadmill in two goes throughout the day ?

Are there any advantages/disadvantages, will this hinder my weight loss, etc ... ?

I don't know all of the specifics, but the general answer is - whichever one is easier for you to do regularly, and that you will do regularly is the better choice.

If there is a difference between the two it's going to be pretty minor, so you're better off picking one and doing it consistently then worrying about minor optimizations.
