is it true that your period can make you weigh in heavier something to do with water bloat or something? x

I personally haven't noticed a period associated change, but I'm on birth control so that may make things different. A lot of people around here seem to notice gains around their time of the month though. And I agree- sodium (at any time of the month, really, but more so during that time if you're prone to bloating/ water retention) can cause water gains.

thanks guys was starting to get annoyed with myself but i think i found a reason for it now =D x

What period are we talking about? Elizabethan period? The Migration period? The Upper Paleolithiiiii...

I generally weigh 1.5lb - 2.5lb heavier during my time of the month, it is annoying .... but one week later all is good in the world again :hurray:

I have found personally, that I am 2-4 pounds heavier during my wifes period... this is quite possibly due to all the nagging, driving me to binge on food... it's my cross to bear
