*One Day At A Time*

Here I go,

I am on a goal of losing at least 15 lbs. Thought writing my goals and progress down, and being with you all would help me crack it!

I am going to take it one day at a time and see how I progress:

Goal for Friday: Healthy meals, walk 5 miles, drinking 4 bottles of water.

Will reassess the goals at the end of the day and reward myself with sound sleep! Good luck to everyone!
