Ugh. I have been on so many "monday start" diets. I can't even begin to count how many times I've sat there on a Saturday night with a cookie in my hand thinking, "Okay..on Monday I'm starting my diet again.." So yeah...Monday rolls around and so does another excuse.
I'm tired of excuses! I'm tired of looking at my arms and seeing a resemblance to tree trunks...and I'm tired of always being within reach of my goal, only to just kinda half ass it for awhile and then lose sight of it all together.
I started a new job last month so instead of going to the gym 3 to 4 days a week I went 3 times the whole month! Today I went for an hour and a half and did pretty well on my eating...

Turkey,swiss light mayo on a spinach wrap, baked lays and grapes

I made pot roast for dinner...had a few small slices of beef and small serving of potatoes and carrots.
Its so hard for me to escape the 155-160 lb range. I was over 170 this time last year and once I got down to 155 i just stopped...and then I went home to the states for the holidays and gained 5 lbs...and here I am! Im so extremely frustrated. My 10's are tight and I'm just annoyed with myself. I wonder if I will ever lose this last 25 lbs. Actually at this point 15 pounds would be great.
So yeah..I'M ANNOYED. lol.
