One baby step at a time!

So, Today...I woke up had some toast drank a cup of coffee (with splenda and 2% milk) Im still getting use to the idea of eating breakfast and/or lunch. I didn't have lunch today though, my fiance gets home from work about 3:00-3:30 and I usualy just have super ready for him, we had deer steak today with some noodles and corn, I ate the smallest peice of meat one serving of noodles and some corn. Okay so not so bad, oh plus I did a "The biggest looser" workout today that is on my comcast.... Not to bad... This evening for a snack i ate a couple of pretzles maby like 10 and an apple with peanut butter, okay so I could have skipped on the pretzles but its one day at a time right...

Thinking about my weight is so frustrating to me, it makes me feel very insecure and just down right ugly. I want this so bad soo...tomorrow will be another day at it! Any encouragement is always welcmed... Thanks for listening(reading) :)

It is hard but you CAN do this. The worst part is the start... beginning new habits, frusterated when you can't see results, But you gotta just keep doing what you are doing, finding ways you can do it better and think positive!
