One-Arm Pushup Technique

Every time I see a video of someone doing one-arm pushups, it seems to me as though it's crap, because they aren't going down all the way or they aren't moving their entire body, just sort of their torso, or something similar.

But I've been wondering what the best possible technique is for a one-arm pushup?

Does anyone have any good videos where I can have a look at how it's done properly??

Thanks.

sorry i dont. But its very hard, thats why no one is doing it properly, just lie down, try to do a pushup with one hand, if you cant, you cant. For progression, try having your feet wide apart, gives you a wider base for support. Also, use the smith machine bar, start high, progress lower.

^^ with that said give it a rest... doesn't really benifit you except that your showing off? just bench and do DB fly you got a compatition coming up soon. better lift heavy

err, 1 arm pushup is not just for showing off, you need unreal core strenght to pull it off. Plus its a push up, not a bench, pushup and bench are two completley different things. the one arm pushup will train alot of stabilizing you wont get with bench or even one armed benching.
