on road to injury...?

hey i was just wondering, i try to work out everyday of the week cuz i just can't find anything satisfying to do with myself, only days i don't go is if i'm way to sore, i'm seeing extreme gains and the next day pain is going away which means i must be doing medicore workouts right..?

was just wondering if this is a very bad idea or if it works should i keep doing it..
 
BAD IDEA FULLSTOP.

You should be working out at about once every second day. Working everyday can be potentially contraidictory, and you wont get near the gains that would be attained if done properly. The muscles after a workout take 24hours to repair the microscopic tears that occur. I could go on but i think the first line sums it up.
 
not like i go and do a full body workout everyday :|...usually go arms, legs, chest, back repeat..i dunno i've gone up 5 lbs in my single arm curl in 2 weeks..
