On My Way!!!

I've been really trying for about 3 weeks now to lose weight. I cut soda out a while back and have been eating much better. I also scored a soloflex for 35 bucks plus 30 for some missing pieces. I started running last week, I've ran 7 times so far, I run a little over a mile. The first time I did I about died about an eighth of a mile into it. Walked a little and jogged some. By the fourth time I made it all the way without stopping. I started at 265ish and am at 246 now. i eally want to go skydiving and their is a wieght limit for it, and many other reasons for this. Just want to be in better shape. Never thought I'd pick up running (well, jogging anyway...for now). I was always like, run, me, WHY? I've looked through some posts and you all inspired me even more.
Also, I was going to post running questions in the running forum on worldfitness forums, but I can't post anything. It says I don't have permission. I am logged on and have activated my user name. don't know why I can't post there or who to ask about it. Thanks for any help on this.
