Hi all, 19 y/o male here, I started off my weight loss journey weighing at 153 pounds, this doesn't sound like much but I have a small frame.
I have been eating generally healthy foods such as soup, fruit and yogurt and the occasional fast food meal, it doesn't matter as long as my daily caloric intake is around 1700-1800. I have been doing intense cardio workouts on the stationary bike, I run until I burn 1000 calories, which is about 64-65 minutes. I do this 3/4 days.
So far in about 20 days I have gone from 153 to 142.5, so I am very pleased with it and on my way to my goal. Once I get toned up I will incorporate weight exercises into my routine to bulk up.
Any tips/advice?
