So,


Just joined this forum! im 19 and have realised that i wont feel happy until i have lost all this flab. Im currently 11 stone 5 which i just find gross. So i joined a gym monday determined to keep at it as my other gym membership was unsuccessful I just didnt use it!.

So how do you all motivate yourself to lose the weight (and keep it off).

What diets should I try. I should say im currently a uni student, so i need an easy diet to fit in with my lifestyle.

Welcome to the forum. 11 stone 5- what is your height? If I was 11stone 5, I would be very underweight. There is no one answer because we will all have our preferred methods and difficulties. I, for example, found dieting impossible so I just did enough exercise to the point where 2,500 calories give or take a couple of hundred is enough for me to lose 1kg (2.2lbs) per week. A little bit of fat is not unhealthy.


How many calories do you typically consume per day?

Why didn't the previous gym membership work out?
