This is me at 302 pounds. My goal is to lose at least 80 pounds. I'm wearing a 2XL shirt and a 42 waist currently . I used to walk 2 miles a day about 5 months ago and just lost my motivation and gained a ton of weight back. I keep telling myself I'm gonna start the next day, but end up not doing it. I try and eat as healthy as I can, I always choose the salad's and wraps at school and ive already lost a couple of pounds from just watching what I eat, My most heaviest was last school year when I weighed 316 :O. I plan on starting this up again and turning my self into someone new! Wish me the best luck! Thanks guys!

AWish you the best Alec and just by making this choice to change your life for the better, you have already accomplished something.

No one sais that this will be fast or easy and there will be times that you want to just give up and quit, just remember why you started this.

Also I advise you to take many pictures (at least once a week) so you will be able to really see the difference, and it will keep you motivated as you go.

There is a lot of motivation to be gained from this forum, and there are plenty of people here that have been where you are now, so you can get a lot of great advice here. So if you have any questions don't be afraid to ask.

Hey Alec! I started in February @ 308.6 so I know the journey all too well. I can't stress this enough. Take before pics. It's going to suck. You don't need to show anyone. They are for you. 6, 8, 10 months from now you will look that them and be blown away.

I hated taking my before pics. It almost hurt to just stand there for the camera. When I looks at my current pics vs the before pics, I am 10000% glad I took those first ones.

I am still on my journey, and will be watching yours :)

Best of luck on this change in your life.

The weekly picture idea is a great idea! I didn't think it would show week by week. I might even have to look into it myself.
