OMG! What an AMAZING achievement for ME!

Ok so im super excited & feel like I won the lottery tonight. Might not be big for some people, but I have been walking on 3.2 on the treadmill for about 50 minutes 5-7 days a week, but no less then 5 and running on speed 5-6 for around 6-10 minutes each time I walk. I've never done incline before ever and today at 5:00 into my 60:00, I put it on incline 5 and walked 55:00 on there & then the last 5 on 10 incline all staying at speed 3.2. I am feel like Ive acomplished so much in the little time that I started working out again, im eating 2000 calories a day now and 1800 on the 2 days during the weekend im not working out. My big weigh in is September 27th which is my once a month weigh in. Last month was my FIRST weigh in of my 10 month challenge & like most have said that my goal of 200lbs by next June probably will NOT happen, Im out there to show you all ikt can be done. Im also weight training 2 days a week for an hour a day!! Im so proud of myself & this just gave me a TON of motivation to keep up! Just thought Id share my success with you all.
