I promised myself I would never show anyone this picture because it is so horrible. This is the picture that made me go on a diet. I was horrified when I saw it. I would tell you not to laugh like everyone else, but laughter isn't normally the response this pic would get; more like a gasp is disbelief. I looked like the Michelin man. I don't have children so I can't blame my weight on that... this is my nephew.



This is my now pic I am down 35 lbs from the first picture and still have about 120 to lose. It will be a long journey, but I am ready to face it.
At least you can see my neck in this pic :rolleyes:

You're going to make it and so am I.

We have about the same amount of weight to lose.

In anycase I can definitely see the difference in your second picture.

You can see the change already:)

You CAN do this... we all can... i have about the same amount of weight to lose as you. I am down 25.
