Hey I just read an article written by the Ultramarathon Man (hes insane by the way) and he swears by salmon because of the omega -3 that it contains. Is it all that good for you? What does it do for you? I bought some salmon in a pouch and I was surprised at how good it actually is. Any other foods contain high levels of omega - 3? Thanks.
