Olive Oyl in tht House!

Hi!
I'm a 25 year old 5'7" somewhere between 110-115 pounds. I'm trying to gain muscle and gain weight and I don't know maybe fat??? Do I need that.
I'm super duper uhhh petite as the doctor called me. Skinny as my adversaries call me or just slim :)
I eat pretty healthy, and I think that may be contributing to my thinness. I don't like foods like Mac n Cheese, Burgers, fried chicken anything greasy or mayo filled turns me off. I can eat all of the aforementioned but not in excess you know?
I LOVE Salad and I love meat, gimme a leg of lamb and I'll be str8 for the... day YUMMY.
Uhm anyway... I don't mind exercising, I just don't know what to do, what to eat and when. Also once the soreness goes away, I tend to slack off the exercise lol. I get motivation from my sore muscles...
Anyway, I'm so looking forward to getting started again and HOPEFULLY gaining 10 to 15 pounds.
Oh one more thing I gain weight on my stomach, so how do i transfer it to other areas like my butt?

Welcome. You sound like a natural for this forum. Eat right forget the junk and fat. Exercise hard and smart. Check out the sections on weight training and body weight training for program advice to fit your goals. Ask questions and realize that you are making a decision that if done right will pay benefits for the rest of your life. Listen to your body, log your progress and work harder on the days you don't feel like it.

Hey thanx guys, but what's the Friday Challenge?
I'm still perusing the site looking for answers to my burning (muscles) questions.

I'm learning as I go along... It is alot of info.. jeez... I never really appreciated my personal trainer friends but whew newfound respect because as of right now.... I'm utterly confused lol.

It'll really help if someone could point me in a partial direction for my answers.
Right now, huhhhhhh..... BIG SIGH... I'm trying to find out how to isolate and gain weight, and mass in certain areas. Well I want to GAIN all over but I want to proportionate.
I was once before, but stress, moving, lack of routine, I've got a still somewhat proportionate albeit smaller body.

LAdy S you sound like me in my youth. middle age neglect cause me to eat my way to the overweight catergory but I am back in the groove. I too was blessed with a pot belly if I eat to much sugar it goes straight to the abs. So we work hard to keep the abs undercontrol and to keep yeast from fermenting in my digestive tract. Anyway good luck, I am new here as well.
