okay so you can't spot reduce fat loss but.......

I am just 14 pounds over my ideal weight (yehah- its taken two hard working years!) but the problem is this. I am now looking really scrawny in my face/neck region, and if i ws honest i think perhaps my arms and chest (my breasts are now getting tiny) are a little small too, and i am worried that the next 14 pounds is going to go off there too. I have always had a bigger bottom half, and i execpt this. I do however want to try and get myself more in propotion, but without looking horrible top half.


Any ideas?

I am currently eating around 1500 calories a day, doing 6 cardio (45 mins) and 3 wieght sessions a week.

You could try weight training to build a little muscle in your upper body. It wont increase your breast size, but it will add to your upper body "thickness" as one may say.

Don't worry about getting overly huge because you lack the first ingredient in muscle gain (testosterone :D).

try doing your weight training sessions a bit heavier with 3 sets of 10-12 reps per, and up your caloric intake to maybe 1800 a day, see what happens. You're working out hard enough that the 300 cals a day shouldn't appear as excess fat, but pure muscle.
 
We are all pre-diagnosed to carry more fat in certain regions than others. You're body will just naturally want to hold on to it. I'd say if you've been dropping steadily, then don't worry about it. Have you been at a stand still and not losing any weight for awhile?
 
its the other way round for me i WANT to lose weight on my breasts, the only thing good about my body is if i do gain weight its on my hips and if i lose weight i lose it off my hips fairly quickly too.
