Alrighty, Befor i go to work, i try to eat something... But when i go to work, i usally have a lil debie snack at my first brake. and some sandwiches for lunch with a gaterade, then at my last brake i have a left over sandwich...
(Friday nights are dounut nights! lol)
I come home, grab my gym bag. And go to the gym to bike for 25-30 mins.. and do some weights.. Then i come home and have 2-3 eggs with jelly toast(eggs have cheese on it with onion powder, garlic powder, ground pepper and salt)
Then i go to bed..
I gots a question about egg whites... How to you not get the yoak? Buy an egg strainer?
