Ok I read this article and I am ready for some seriu=ous FAT BURNING cardio!
The article read to do your cardio when you 1st wake up on an empty tummy and this is because you haven't ate for 8 hours and your sugar levele is low well it states you burn the rest of the sugars and when you go to eat you will contue burning all day??It also states for great results to eat breakfast right after your early morning cardio?So what do you think will this work??Tammy
