OK....so what kind of diet gets you 10% BF or lower?

So ive come a long way this past year, I went from 200 pounds to 150 but considering im 5'8 I dont think losing more pounds is the answer is it? The problem is that although ive reached my goal of weighing 160 or less I still dont look as fit as i want. I lost the weight through a calorie deficit, weight training and lately a lot of cardio.

Can you guys give me an example of what I need to eat throughout an entire day if Im trying to get to 10%BF?
 
it's the same as you are doing, the last part of fat called the stuborn fat, you body will hold on too it for Just in case. it's very hard to get rid of and keep that part off. any who remember guys can get to 8-10%BF girls 12-15%BF
 
Low Carb or Carb Cycling is your best bet. Lots of info all around the site on both types.
The main key to losing the last 5 or 10 is keeping very strictly to your diet and hitting the gym harder than ever. I just started mine today. Going all November to try and cut off the last 5 pounds of fat I want to drop. I'm going with a low carb, with some elements of carb cycling, however im too lazy to go all out carb cycling. Good luck to you in your endeavor; the last leg is always the hardest.
 
I'm too lazy to dig up the thread but I had linked to a sample burn fat/build muscle diet. You could also google "v-diet" or "keto diet".
