I really am missing just going and running, so I'm going to TRY this for 6 weeks(I can't garauntee I will be able to stick to it, I enjoy just running and running. Plus I got results last year.)

The weight training isn't going to be anything spectacular, I have dumbbells to work with for them which means I'm not gonna get a LOT of weight to work with. I don't wanna travel 30 mins to a place to use a barbell. Plus honestly I am really weary of doing this myself since I am inexperienced. :/ Anyways, I've got my ipod, I've got my goals, my plan. I will be working out a diet plan for this all as well. Its just so hard to get motivated to start with my depression. :/ I remember after running for like 40 minutes how good I felt after and that's helping, but I fear I won't get that feeling from HIIT, just exhaustion. :( Either way its time to do something, I am tired of hating myself.

Good look, stick it out you will be pleased with the results

trust me, after your workout is over and u go home and look in the mirror and your muslces are pumped up and huge, you'll feel good.(biggest run-on sentence i know)

Yeah, post workout doesn't motivate me by looking bigger, I could really careless about it. I want fat GONE. I know weight lifting will accomplish this at the fastest possible leve and all but still, I am more into running.

Ok, let me get this straight, the title is "Ok so it begins Sunday, No More Delays!" but you're delaying until Sunday to get started?

What's the FB workout? I hope it's a professionally made program.

FB workout??? I am going to say its not professional considering I am doing the best I can without paying people to tell me **** I can't understand. Its intelligent intake, pushing my cardio level, and lifting weights. I don't see the need for a detailed professional set program...

Just lifting random weights can easily set yourself for injury and imbalance, post what you've got up here and we can help you out according to your goals.

FB = Full-body.

You don't have to pay anyone, because there is plenty available online.

Plus, books would amount to a one-time expenditure of $20-$50 a piece for a whole year's worth.

You have to approach your workout with a pretty high level of planning. Not only do you not seem to have a full understanding of how weight training and cardio will affect you, you actually seem hostile to learning more about it. Ignorance is not bliss in an exercise environment, you have to know what you're doing to see results.

Cynic has two books in his signature that everyone serious about exercise should read. Both of them will cost you around $30.

There's a science to lifting, cardio, training, etc., and without having a good understanding of it, you won't accomplish 1/10th of what you could.
