And I'm feeling great having come so far.

But now my problem is that next week I go for cardiological surgery (not my heart, but upper body) and its pretty complicated so I'm not gonna try explain it, lol.

Anyway, my point is that I wont be able to exersize for 6 weeks minimum, so its going to be hard to keep the weight down.

I'm motivated and I only eat at meals now, so that won't be a problem, its just a factor of how much to eat and me being scared of my body putting on all the weight again because I don't burn 500 calories a day anymore.

How much do I eat? Cut out? How will my body respond?
Thanks for any help.
I can start working out again end of May if all goes well.

Your brain alone burns 500 calories in a day. You should probably ask your doctor about this, you dont' want to jeopardize your post-surgery healing process by malnourishing yourself.

I hope the surgery goes well!

I agree that maybe you should talk to the doctor about this. Depending on how long you are out maybe you won't gain much back if any if you continue to eat how you are.

Thanks for the advice, I'll speak to him and see what he has to say. I'm sure that I should just cut back a little bit though.
