Ok professionals, need some advice

OK, I am going to start helping my wife train in the morning, she has tried to trian, but struggled, I am doing well on my own.

Since she is a morning person, we will be waking up before the children to work out. I am talking 4:30Am to 5Am wake up, done with routine by 6:30AM

thus we will have to workout at home. Now we have a bunch of Video's (steel of Buns, legs, and other work outs) Also we have the Teboa (sp?) series. Also some Pilates stuff, as some small dumbells for her. A Stationairy bike, decent quality and some small dumbells for her, and I also have a Bowflex that she can use.

She is 5'0" about 118 LBS

Basically I was going to have her do:

Monday: Cardio (biking or one of the video's)
Tues: strength (bowflex)
Wed: Cardio (biking or video)
thurs: Strength (bowflex)
Friday: Cardio (biking or Video)

Trying to figure out a good diet for her, she does not like any spices, she is a very Blah eater. Likes tuna and other seafoods.

I plan on Starting this routine on the 23rd.

any advice you can give me would be helpful, as I said, I been working out and been doing well for myself, but I am more disciplined then my wife and waking up early will be difficult for me, since I am not a morning person.

Any advice is appreciated.
