Ok i am back with my tail bstween my legs

AI was here before went from 280 down to 240 and then fell off and went back up to 260 so i decided today im gonna get back on the wagon had alot of success with this forum before i come here for the motivation and the success stories hope i dont fall off again
 
Awelcome back!What is your eating plan and workout plan?
This place is fantastic these wonderfull people help me aswell keeping me motivated and when i eat bad they seem to help me get back on track!
So im glad you;re here again im sure you can do this!
 
AMy eating plan is simple standard calorie defecit to lose 2 lbs a week i do weightlifting every week mon-fri so i should drop weight quick thanks forthe motivational response lol u were really enthuastic as i read it now @ 7:40 AM it almost got me excited for work ALMOST
