Here is me after losing 16 pounds so far. For the record, I hate getting my picture taken with a passion. I will post another pic after I lose 20 more pounds or so. The first pic is me at 192 last summer. The other two are me now at 176. I can't wait to lose the belly. People ask me when I am due all the time.

I believe you go to edit signature. There should be a box there with that you can put text in. If you have your ticker from ticker factory, you cut and paste the bb code into the box and it should show up.
