Oh the humanity!!

Argh! Ever since Wednesday evening I've had a sour stomach. I ignored it until I had to work yesterday and I realized that if I didn't eat some crackers I would probably puke. I ate some crackers and it settled my stomach as did some m&m's (I'm guessing cause of the sugar).....I kept on eating both those things because it was helping and I was able to get through the day. Now today my tummy still hurts and the only thing that I can eat are carbs (especially sugar)! I'm completely ruining my diet :( I know that I just have to get through this but I just felt like complaining a little. Plus, anyone got any ideas on what else would help my stomach?

Well a few days won't throw you off...

Gingerale if you want more sugar. Right now you have to worry about getting better before your diet. Or else you won't be excerscising or getting back to the diet any time soon.
