Oh great...one of THOSE days...

...and you all know the kind of day I am talking about. One of those 'I'm so ravenous I could eat everything in the pantry, the fridge, then start to work on the cupboards themselves' kind of days. I have been snacking on cherry tomatoes from my garden, but that just isn't cutting it. I used to be able to get a serving of baked tostitos and a bunch of salsa and that would make me feel full, but there is nothing that low cal around right now that will make me stop feeling hungry! I felt like this yesterday too. So far I have been able to battle this, but if it is like this tomorrow too....ugh! :( I am at about 600 cals for my day so far....and it's only past 1:30 now.

Go take a walk...or get out of the house if possible. Whenever i am craving and think i feel hungry as soon as i leave the house the hunger stops. When you get you mind of all the things you know you shouldn't have you dont think about it. Our of sight out of mind :) Dont slip!!!!!!!!!!!!

Unfortunately, I can't go for a walk. I have two toddlers napping. Hmmmm....maybe I will water the garden next to my back deck. Sounds like a plan.

How about maybe drinking some extra water? I feel pretty full after I've drank lots of water.

gardening is a good idea as well, keep yourself busy :)

If i'm craving something and can't leave the house I try to do some sort of cardio or stretches, if you don't like to do that kind of stuff try watching tv while doing it or listening to music. I babysit during the day (at least until tommorow = ) , today is my last day since school is starting up again ) so when I get cravings (I tend to eat when i'm bored) I turn some music on and do a few juming jacks and some stretches, it helps me just to get the blood flowing.

I am definately going to have to try starting a garden to take my mind off things. -nods-

Good luck :)
