Oh, don't we all love the belly pudge.

I'm just wondering if anyone knows any certain type of exercise that could help me with the belly area.

I've been losing, and my body is starting to change, I can see a difference.

However, that pudge that sort of hangs over from my belly is still there, and while my body is getting smaller, that pudge isn't.

I've noticed that my legs have gotten a lot smaller, and my jeans are starting to fit looser in the leg area, but they're still really tight in the waist.

Is there anything I can do out of the ordinary to help this part of my body get smaller?

I know what you mean.... I've always carried most of my weight around the middle, and although there isn't any way to specifically lose weight only from your belly (fat is lost from all over), if you start doing resistance exercises now, you'll have great tone when the fat melts away. so... i'm going to say more of the boring same-old same-old - sensible diet (to reduce weight/fat), lots of water (to decrease water retention/swelling), cardio (to lose weight/fat), and strength or resistance training (to build muscle, which will in turn help to raise your resting metabolism and help you lose weight!).
