i need some push. i usually go to the gym 3 times a week for my spinning class and then lift free weight after and do ab work outs. but i have not gone to the gym since last thursday! thats a week ago tomorrow! i am losing my battle here to lose weight. i need a push to get back to the gym. so anybody who could yell at me and give me the motivation to go it would be greatly appreciated!
OK this is what I think be it right or wrong. Is there a reason other than just not wanting to workout? Is there something about the gym that you don't like maybe the spin class? I would never do a spin class because I know it is very hard. So I do other things that I love like step class, kick boxing. Things like that. I had a gym membership once and I could not afford it anymore so now I do things outside that work as well as going to the gym.
