!@@#$$!! I guess I need to finally break down and take a week off from lifting. I'm just too fatigued not to.
I know that it's beneficial to take an occasional week off, but I hate it. I love training and definitely don't look forward to going all week without lifting (I'm still doing my cardio though)
I'm just waiting for that big endorphin crash and mild depression I always get when I don't lift.
