Off Week

!@@#$$!! I guess I need to finally break down and take a week off from lifting. I'm just too fatigued not to.

I know that it's beneficial to take an occasional week off, but I hate it. I love training and definitely don't look forward to going all week without lifting (I'm still doing my cardio though)

I'm just waiting for that big endorphin crash and mild depression I always get when I don't lift.:(
 
I agree that its hard to take a week off. I took a break in November to try to heal a few little nagging injuries (didn't actually help much) and then it took me a month to feel like I was back on track. It did help me realize how much I love to lift though.

This is a good time of year to take a break if it gives you more time to spend with your family and to be rested and ready for the New Year!
