Odd ...

Umm, now this isn't neceassirly the kind of thing everyone wants to read about, but, I haven't exactly been regular the past few days.

In fact, not since Saturday evening.

It's not as though I haven't been eating any fibre - oats, rice, vegetables are all high in fibre, as well as taking psylium husk supplements. Everything should be fine ... but it's not and I feel a little bloated and don't even have the urge to go!

This is odd. Is there anything I should be worried about?
 
Are you drinking lots of water? Fiber cant move (litterally) unless it has fluids to help it do so. There are a large amount of people ( both skinny and over weight) that have a hard time 'going' simply because they are dehydrated. The body suck the fluid out from where ever it can and then it leaves the remainder...um.. stuck.. lol..so to speak.

I should point out that I should have said Monday night and not Saturday night. I definitely would have seen a doctor if that had been the case!

Anyhow, you'll be glad to hear that everything is fine now!
 
I would wait til Friday to worry. Drink a lot of water, try drinking a little cranberry juice. And if you're working out drink a glass of warm water after your work out. All these things should help. But if nothing seems to be happening by tomorrow than I'd take a gentle laxative. It happened to me a couple weeks back and I thought I was dying from the inside or something, it was awful. But if you're not feeling sick than you're probably ok, the bloating does suck though.
