odd situation

I am 25 years old 4 ft 9 and weigh about 113 lbs. My goal is to weigh 100 lbs, but here is where I have the problem, I have a condition called celiac sprue. Basically I am severly allergic to all grains (not including rice, and oatmeal is still up for debate). Alot off the diet plans that I hear about suggest whole grain breads and pastas which I can not eat. So, I wa wondering if the bread that I do eat which is primarily made from rice or tapioca flour is an ok sub, or should I just leave It out all together. If it's better to leave it out does anyone have a good diet plan that I can follow ( not the atkins diet, I tried that once and it was just to hard for me to stick to).

There is no good substitute for limiting bad carbs, whether the Atkins or South Beach Diet or whatever you call it, if you want to reduce body fat. A good exercise program including some kind of resistance training (weight lifting or calistenics) will greatly speed the fat reduction process. Also drink plenty of watrer and break your eating down into 6 small meals a day.
