November Progress Pic - Half my Size! 280 to 140

November Update Pic.. Not a whole lot different from last month... but I am down 4 more pounds so @ about 136.. Added some hiking to my routine and now I'm hooked.

Was there anything in particular that helped you drop all that weight?

I have been very consious of my serving sizes.. I do try and count calories when possible. I buy snack/individual size servings of most things which make it easier... and I look up the nutrition info for all the places I eat out at. I just try and eat low fat foods... lots of fruits and veggies.. things like that. I'm not always good about it but thats where the exercise comes in. I make it a priority to get up every morning and exercise. I have few workout videos (the Jillian Michael's biggest loser ones are my favorite) and then I have an elliptical as well. I try to get 30-60 minutes in a day..5 days a week. I do weigh myself everyday to try and keep myself on track.
 
You look absolutely beautiful. Congratulations on having the perseverence to make it happen. When I see pix like these I'm completely inspired and that much more determined to lose this weight.
 
WOW! Absolutely amazing! Congratulations! I wouldn't have even known you were the same person. You look so happy, you're an insperation.
 
Amazing Im absolutly in Aww. You look fantastic. Every picture I see on this site gets me more excited to when I can post my own goal picture.
 
What a huge difference. You look FANTASTIC!! Did you find times that you hit a plateau for a few weeks?? If so, what did you do to shake it up?
