O3World?

Has anyone heard of ? ForeverGreen carries it (whole foods company).... I only just started on it 5 days ago but it seems to be working.

I fell off the wagon about a week into my weight loss and gained back the 5 pounds I lost..... a few days on O3 (and excellent food choices) and I have lost it again and another 2 pounds.

It's not a crazy drug or stimulant - it's not even "magic" LOL.... it just helps you to make better food choices but to feel full after you eat it. My husband who never gets excited about stuff like this really likes it and decided to get on this weight loss wagon with me! I'll be posting his photos shortly too!

Still going well with O3World.... lost total of 10 pounds so far. I know the secret is to lose the weight eating the foods you already love, but just eating less of it and eating more sensibly. After all, you'll be going back to those foods again anyway. If you learn to be satisfied with less, you won't binge after you've starved yourself or denied yourself just a little too long.

I thought I should add that O3World spokeswoman Heather Hansen will be featured as a returning contestant on "The Biggest Loser" Finale show tonight at 8pm EST. She's be wearing an O3World T-Shirt!

Another 5 pounds gone!

I've lost another 5 pounds.... for a total of 15 pounds lost. I may have lost more but I haven't stood on the scale for a week.... will wait a few more days and I'll post a new progress photo. I'm really starting to feel amazing. When I fall off the wagon I just get right back on. FORM is amazing.
