I know there are some registered nutritionist on here. I am trying to get a plan togather for meals. I work out 6 times a week, both cardio and weights. Need to drop another 15 lbs. to get to my ideal weight.

I am not an RD, but if you would post your daily diet, what you eat and when you eat it.... Macros, Cals, etc. That might help in what you are looking for.

Are you doing lower intensity cardio or higher intensity? How much cardio each day and when are you doing it?
