Sport nutrition advice for toning up?

Hey every1, I'm a 17 yr old girl. Im quite active as I play camogie,tennis and swimming 5-6 times a week. I have recently started a new fitness routine I do daily but I'm wondering if my diet is letting down all my effort. In the last month, I have cut out fatty foods&sweets&fizzy drinks. I mostly eat healthy apart from my one cheat day. I drink lots Of water also but I havnt seen a difference in my body :( btw I'm about 5.9 and 8.5stone.all help appreciated.thanks
