Nude yoga & tai chi...anyone?

Got your attention didn't I? LOL

I was looking for some exercise videos this morning and came across that title as well as Yogi Bare. Well I guess within these videos you can find individuals that like to do yoga (and tai chi for that matter) sans clothing.

Now I'm thinking who in their right mind would want to do this stuff in the nude? I myself like to be fully clothed so that I don't see my flab flapping around.

I can't imagine what Yogi Bare is because on the cover there is a dude... :eek:

well there are some people I wouldn't mind seeing doing it in the buff... I think the dvd would be - ummm - distracting...
