NROL for Women

Well, the programs apply to anyone, but NROL is very geared toward men.
Frankly, if he can get women to read his book and actually lift weight (gasp), then he is a freakin' genius.

I was talking with Leigh (TheLeip) about NROL for women the other day and she had said when she was speaking with the author (Lou) that he said the book has some interesting reads into the female hormonal process with regards to weight loss.

Interesting. I will probably check that out. I love NROL. Even though it's geared at men, I love the way he writes. I believe it's the first time I've seen a fitness book be entertaining to read.

Are you doing the workouts Deschain? I just started Fat Loss I myself. After having recommended the book to friends both male and female, I caught on to the "pitch" toward men in the book. But the information presented applies to both men and women. The only real error I've found (and I have since found the solution at amazon.com on Schuler's blog) was his promising explanation of what full rest meant (it wasn't clear if you needed to rest after each exercise or each superset of exercise) and then not following through.
