ive figured out my BMR and RMR they are both pretty close to 2100...so what do i do from here. how many cals a day should i start at? im 26yrs 5'4 and have about 120lbs to lose
 
BMR is the calories you need if you never got out of bed -

Search Harris benedict formula and figure out your activity..

or even better -r ead the stickied threads in nutrition, on topic and exercise
