I don't know about 1400 because I don't know your exact maintenance level but check the link nick2005 posted earlier in this thread to find out. I hate to burst your bubble but I am not going to recommend ice cream of any kind, unless it's your birthday :) - The most ideal would probably be to add a few calories to each of your meals but if you have to just throw in a snack or extra meal to achieve your maintenance level.
