I would kill for your body! I'm not sure you should be dieting with such a negative body image :/ It seems like you have an unhealthy relationship with food right now--Under 1200 calories a day, even for someone of your height, is way too low. Try doing resistance machines at the gym as well as cardio but please don't eat under 1200 a day! It'll cause your body to waste.
 
AJust like sunflower said, you don't need to lose any weight. You have an amazing body, just do some resistance training to tone up a bit.

Seriously if you were my girlfriend, and you told me you were trying to lose some weight, I would probably have to slap you silly.
 
AYou should weigh yourself when You first wake up. It will be the most consistent number. If you've been running around or exercising all day, your body will be retaining fluid. :)
